About KAIZEN™ Congress East Africa

KAIZEN™ Congress East Africa is an Annual Event hosted for the past 18 years in Kenya.

The Congress has become one of East Africa's most important annual gatherings of practitioners and experts in the Operational Excellence, Lean, and KAIZEN™ domains.

On the 13th and 14th of August 2024, we will be hosting the 19th Annual KCEA in association with the Kenya Manufacturing Association (KAM), which will showcase Practical applications of authentic KAIZEN™ methodologies by Worldwide Industry Stalwarts & Pioneers.

The objective is for participants to learn about and be Inspired by the possibility of Holistic organizational transformation in the realm of Business Excellence.

The 2-day congress agenda will be power-packed with Keynote Sessions, Knowledge Sessions, Case Study Competition, and Benchmark Tours.
